The MIT Men's Gymnastics Club has been a club team since the varsity men’s gymnastics team was cut by DAPER in 2010. Since then the team has managed to thrive and grow: the club roster currently includes over a dozen active members. The club team is governed by the Club Sports Council.

Practices are held six days a week, year-round. The club has a fully functional gymnastics facility with all six men’s apparatuses and all four women’s apparatuses. The facility also contains numerous training apparatuses, including a tumbl-trak, resi pit, trampoline, and strap bar. The club generally hosts two meets in a season, and travels to compete in 4-6 meets per season. Additionally, each year the team travels to compete at NAIGC nationals.
