Congratulations on all your hard work and acceptance to MIT! You’ve already taken the next step, accepted the offer and are now on your way to starting off your freshman year, but hold it. Before you set to face the wrath of MIT, you should enjoy your last week of fun and freedom.

Orientation is a week long process which introduces you to your new class and gets you prepared and ready to face everything MIT has to offer you. There are too many events and activities to list them all here, but you’ll be given a booklet, so don’t worry, as well as lots of free food so you should never be paying for any food during your first few weeks here at MIT. And as always, don’t be afraid to meet new people because the friends that you make in college are sure to last you a lifetime.
